- An initial 1 hour consultation with a Registered Nurse:
- Review of medical history, BP, symptoms, medications/supplementation, nutrition and exercise.
- Evaluation of appropriate laboratory tests required &/or review & explanation of laboratory test results.
- Personalized care-plan & symptom diary - usually involving a few supplements and a bio-identical progesterone cream.
- Consultation note and bio-identical hormone suggestions for family and physician, if necessary.
- Reasonable ongoing email/telephone support within the first month of program - ongoing minor changes (more than 2) to the care-plan or changes in symptoms will require follow-up consultation.
- Ongoing educational information via email, website, & blog.
